Capital City Festival of Light
Registration: Adult $25; Youth (6-14) $20; 5 and under Free
• Holiday item and shirt only guaranteed with pre-registration.
Day of Event: Adult $30; Youth (6-14) $20; 5 and under Free
Early packet pick up: Friday, December 11 from 4-6 p.m. at the Knowles YMCA at 424 Stadium Blvd.
Race Start/Finish: Registration will be held from 4-4:30pm in the parking lot of the Binder Park Tackle Shop. The race will begin at the entrance to Binder Park off Henwick Lane. Runners/Walkers will start together and have up to one hour to complete the course. This will not be a timed competitive event.
Participants are to park in the field along Henwick Lane prior to the Binder Park entrance. Consider carpooling as parking may be limited. Watch for signs!
Course: The route will take you out and back through the Capital City Festival of Lights. Participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight, or a light source with them as a few areas of the park are not well lit..
Attire: Holiday attire STRONGLY encouraged!Awards will be presented to the Top 3 with the most festive holiday attire. Dress up and show your holiday spirit!
The Big Brothers Big Sisters Fun Walk Run is a chance to view the Capital City Festival of Lights on foot. There are nearly two miles of holiday themed displays to enjoy. Bring the entire family out for fun, fitness and togetherness.
