Nov. 29: Turkey Burn

Join us the Friday after Thanksgiving to burn off the damage from the day before. The Y’s group exercise instructors will burn those calories with a variety of 45-minute classes! It’s FREE (canned food and monetary donations to benefit the Samaritan Center are encouraged), open to the public and you’re welcome to stay for as many classes as you like.
