GROUP EXERCISE UPDATE

New and returning classes for January . . . FREE for Y-members!

Baby and Me: Get ready for a great full body conditioning class that incorporates cardio, strength training for upper and lower body and focused core exercises. Please bring a front carrier to class if you have one available as we will use them frequently for cardio and strength training portions of class. Baby and Me fitness will captivate your child’s
attention while you get a great workout!

Lifted: Class will start with 8-10 minutes of guided meditation designed to help you center yourself and let go of stress. We’ll then transition into approximately 30 minutes of cardio/strength intervals. You will once again challenge your body to relax and calm back down with another 8-10 minutes of mediation. This unique fusion will make for an intense mind-body connection that will leave you laser focused and ready to attack the rest of your day!

Pilates: This fitness discipline develops a strong core or “powerhouse” with emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment and breathing. It builds flexibility, endurance, and muscle strength. It improves balance and circulation and reinforces musculature and correct posture. Combinations of basic and challenging exercises with variations using bands and stability ball. Instructor modifies for all levels of fitness.
