Youth Sports Performance Camp with Kody Walker

This functional movement program is designed to help young athletes improve on transferring their stability and power to their skillset. Participants will learn how to efficiently move their body so there are no wasted movements – contracting and using our core throughout movements. These workouts will be constructed to create a fun but competitive environment while still being able to learn new exercises, drills, and tips to becoming a better athlete. Competition brings out the best in athletes and they will to learn to compete at a high level at all times while
continuing to enjoy what we are doing.


Session 1: June 3-26 – Monday and Wednesday
Session 2: July 1-31 – Monday and Wednesday
Time: 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Where: Firley Y Multipurpose Courts-525 Ellis Blvd.
Who: Middle School and High School Athletes
