STAY STRONG CHALLENGE

The Stay Strong Challenge is designed to help you to continue to reach or maintain your health and fitness goals. This challenge is a point based system and prizes will be based on total points earned. Whether you are looking to begin improving or continue improving your health throughout the summer, this challenge is for you!

Registration: May 1-27
Event: June 3-August 2 (no meeting with trainer week of July 4)
Fee: $150 Y-member; $350 Non-member

What you receive during the Challenge:

• 2 Team Personal Training sessions/week with your Team Trainer (excludes week of July 4)

• Team workouts designed by your Team Trainer

• Weekly Challenges

• Running Group Training (training includes meeting 6 Saturday’s during the Challenge,

workouts (including speed and agility work), group runs; weekly running program guidance

• 2 InBody Assessments (start/finish)

• Trail Run

• Team T-Shirt

• Membership to all 3 facilities during the Challenge.

Prizes awarded to those with the most points!

3 Points % of weight loss each pound of muscle gained

5 Points each running club attended each weigh in attended each scheduled team workout attended completion of each weekly challenge

10 Points participation in the Trail Run

15 Points completion of the Group Exercise Passport

Individual and team prizes will be awarded!
