How We Can Assist You

If you need the advice and expertise of our Nutrition Professionals, they will work with you to schedule an appointment that will be convenient for you. Please call 761-9502 to schedule today!

Our professionals can provide nutrition counseling to assist you with the following:

Healthy Weight Management
Not to be confused with weight-loss programs of the past, you will receive a comprehensive, easy to follow guide to a healthy weight that fits your lifestyle. Clients will receive a personalized dietary and fitness guideline, outlining all the various questions that allow for them to meet their individual goals. Behavioral modification is integrated with the dietary and fitness guidelines to promote an easy transition toward health and wellness. A daily journal is used to record behavior, results, and emotion for discussion purposes. Emphasis will be placed on current behaviors, the need for change, and lifestyle modifications that will offer long-term results.

Diabetes Management and Chronic Illness Prevention
Nutrition education provided by a Certified Diabetes Educator focusing on all aspects of diabetes management. Learn how to balance your food intake to optimize your blood sugar levels while working to mitigate the risks and minimize the effects of diabetes. You will gradually alter your diet and improve lifestyle habits so you can live a longer, healthier life. This personalized guidance will grant you the knowledge and skills necessary for exceptional diabetes management. The program includes carbohydrate counting, weight management, glucometer use, avoidance of hypoglycemic reactions, and appropriate use of oral medication and insulin.

Improved Athletic Performance
Reach limits you thought were once unattainable! By understanding your body and allowing us to teach you how to properly fuel it, we can meet your dietary and performance needs. We offer various programs from pre-game, post-game, and dietary requirements both in and out of season. The best thing is we can do this for both teams and individuals. If you are looking to drastically improve your athletic performance, muscular development, and strength, we are here to help.

Women's Nutritional Concerns
Reach your nutrition goals during "special" times of your life such as pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause – when appropriate nutrition is critical.

Pediatric Nutrition
Receive specialized nutritional guidance during critical points of growth and development for adolescents and teens with a focal point on self. Individualized goals of weight management (with a focus on body composition and energy levels) and positive self-esteem are all part of our focus.
