Basic Exercise Class
A very low impact class to improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Exercise tubing which is provided may be used.
Circuit Train
A low impact class that will elevate the heart rate to stimulate caloric burn. Light hand weights will be utilized to increase/maintain upper body strength and muscle tone. All movements are performed while keeping a minimum of one foot on the ground.
Flexibility
Will provide a link between sedentary lifestyle and an active lifestyle. Will keep you flexible and help prevent common injuries; reduces muscular tension; relaxing and noncompetitive.
Intro to Pilates
Concentrates on the "Powerhouse" of the body or core muscles, the deep abdominals and the lower back. This class will increase strength and flexibility and improve posture and alignment.
Intro to Yoga
A low intensity, non-impact class designed to improve flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. A variety of stretches and yoga poses are offered in a peaceful atmosphere. Mats and other equipment are provided.
