Pilates and Yoga instruction is provided by Janet Bloemke, R.Y.T. and other instructors of MOTIVATIONS - BODY...MIND...SPIRIT.


Beginning Pilates - [Click Here to Register]
Pilates strengthens the "powerhouse" of the body: the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks. This class focuses on stabilizing the body's core muscles which enables the rest of the body to work more efficiently. Potential results - A FLATTER MID-SECTION! This class is for individuals new to Pilates. It will begin with breathing techniques, continuing on to the basics of Pilates with a complete explanation of each posture.

Yoga Fitness features over 40 postures to tone and shape muscles, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and increase stamina. This class offers a complete workout from breathing, warm-up, and heat building exercises to deep stretches, cool down and relaxation. All fitness levels welcome.

Start your weekend with an uplifting yoga class geared for students looking to have a great time in a consistent flow from pose to pose. Set to great music, including rock, reggae, hip hop, blues and world beats, each flow class offers an inspiring message and a deeply relaxing finish. Prior Yoga experience required.
