Pilates and Yoga instruction is provided by Janet Bloemke, R.Y.T. and other instructors of MOTIVATIONS - BODY...MIND...SPIRIT.


Pilates - [Click Here to Register]
Pilates strengthens the "powerhouse" of the body: the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks. This class focuses on stabilizing the body's core muscles which enables the rest of the body to work more efficiently. Potential results - A FLATTER MID-SECTION! This class is for individuals new to Pilates. It will begin with breathing techniques, continuing on to the basics of Pilates with a complete explanation of each posture.

After building a firm foundation in Beginning Pilates, take the next step to Intermediate Pilates. This class is ideal for those ready to deepen their practice and move from the basics into a more moderately paced class. Prior Pilates experience required.

This accelerated mat class is devoted to improving posture, improving flexibility, developing mind and body uniformity, and increasing physical and mental strength. Prior Pilates experience required.

Yoga Fitness Basics - [Click Here to Register]
Yoga Fitness features over 40 postures to tone and shape muscles, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and increase stamina. This class offers a complete workout from breathing, warm-up, and heat building exercises to deep stretches, cool down and relaxation. All fitness levels welcome.

This class is ideal for those ready to deepen their practice and move from the basics into a more powerful vinyasa format designed to strengthen your body and stretch your mind. This class offers a high heat, high energy workout with an emphasis on strength, concentration, and flow. Prior Yoga experience
required.

Start your weekend with an uplifting yoga class geared for students looking to have a great time in a consistent flow from pose to pose. Set to great music, including rock, reggae, hip hop, blues and world beats, each flow class offers an inspiring message and a deeply relaxing finish. Prior Yoga experience required.
