Work one on one with a sport-specific trainer to assist you in developing the necessary skills for your favorite sport. The session will focus on developing strength, agility, power, and sport specific skill to enhance your performance. Available for athletes of all ages. The YMCA is offering the S.A.Q. sport performance enhancement program developing SPEED, AGILITY, and QUICKNESS techniques to athletes and teams of all ages.
