Total Body Assessment & Consultation
By testing your body composition, and collecting measurements of your overall fitness you will be able to keep yourself accountable, motivated, and give you direction to begin your personalized health and fitness program. It is also a great way for our certified Personal
Trainers to help build a fitness program to help you reach all of your health and fitness goals. Our YMCA Personal Training staff wants to assist in keeping you MOTIVATED in every way.
Our consultation includes the following:
- Body composition: Body Logic and/or 3-7 skin fold sites
- Cardiovascular: 3 minute step test
- Muscular endurance: 1 minute of timed crunches
- Muscular strength: 1 minute bench press
- Flexibility: sit and reach
