- Y-Care After School: The Y is hiring part time Site Assistants ($15/hour) and Site Directors ($20/hour-must meet state education guidelines) for the school year! Hours are 2:30-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (no weekends). Must be at least 16 years old. - Nursery/Kids Center: Care for children while their parents use the YMCA facilities. Must be at least 16 years old. Childcare experience preferred. - Early Childhood Educators: The YMCA’s Child Development Center is needing full-time and part-time staff members to make learning fun and keep these smiles bright. - Service Desk Associate – Looking for weekend staff. Shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m.-12 p.m. or 12-6 p.m. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, answering questions and interacting with our customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. - Exercise Instructors: Under the direction of the Wellness Director, the Exercise Instructor is responsible for conducting specific exercise programs. Currently we are looking for individuals to instruct “high intensity classes” such as but not limited to Less Mills Body Pump, H.I.I.T (High Intense Interval Training), Tabata, Step Aerobics, or Boot Camp.
