Classes run monthly with about 8 classes each month and are 45 minutes long.
In October we celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness with free water aerobics for survivors!

AQUA AEROBICS – [Register] Join this lively morning class to increase your strength, endurance, and flexibility. Enjoy the water’s buoyancy and resistance throughout this easy-impact aerobic workout. *New participants encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before start time for orientation.

AQUA FUSION/AQUA ZUMBA COMBO – [Register] Two formats–two fabulous instructors! This is a shallow water class instructed by Lori Melvin and Dulce Stevens who will alternate classes. Lori is an RN with lots of fitness knowledge. Dulce is a certified ZUMBA instructor with years of experience and lots of enthusiasm! Classes will offer a great workout and feature fun music!

AQUATIC RELIEF – [Register] This class is a low-impact aquatic class focused on joint and arthritis relief which is ideal for gentle movement and pain management. This class will include light stretching, slow-paced water walking, and gentle range-of-motion exercises, all performed in shallow water to assist in reducing joint pain and improving flexibility overtime. The buoyancy of the water supports the body, decreases joint strain, and promotes circulation, making it suitable for individuals with arthritis or joint issues.

CARDIO H2O – [Register] This class is a combination of deep water exercises (a buoyance belt is needed) in the deep and resistance work in the shallow end. This is a total body workout for those who are comfortable in the pool. A great way to start your day!

DEEP WATER – [Register] Come experience this invigorating class to increase your sense of well-being through muscle toning, calorie burning cardio and friendly camaraderie. While suspended in the deep water with your buoyancy belt, you perform virtually any activity in the water that you do on land (and more!) You must be comfortable in the water to participate in this class. Aqua belts ($20) available at Knowles front desk.

SWIMNASTICS – [Register] Fun water exercise with low-moderate intensity. Lots of muscle toning with an assortment of water equipment. *New participants encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before start time for orientation.
