Kick off your New Year’s health and fitness goals with the YMCA on Friday, January 1 at the West YMCA!
Join us on New Year’s Day at the West YMCA to launch your 2021 fitness goals. The Y’s group exercise instructors will help you start the year off right with a variety of 45-minute classes! It’s FREE (donations to the Y’smitten trees are encouraged), open to the public and you’re welcome to stay for as many classes as you like. Child care will be available from 8:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m. at the West Y.

- 10 a.m. – High Intensity Interval Training – Drew
- 11 a.m. – Body Pump Launch – Body Pump Team
- 12 p.m. – Yoga – Sarah
